Probably a fake lottery. With fake numbers.
I tried to go to the website and the server never responded.
The domain might be in use only for email at this time.

The site owner hides behind a proxy service in Massachusetts.
No one should trust this website.

I just received the same msg at 1am this morning

The numer I got the text was from 7624365710. Msg said, "I won 8.1 million Uber lottery. Contact Edward White. Seems using different numbers.
