Hello - these people call from 6787843680 as well as 4049213145 as well as other numbers i am sure. i answer but there is nobody there to talk to. Strange. I'm sure they are calling about $$ I owe but I ain't paying. The first calls were from someone too hyped up to speak to me as if i were human so that gets you 100% ignored. Pass it on to another ollector and we will see if the next one passes the attitude test. Also, when i tell you i can or am willing to settle for X.XX number of dollars don't immediately say Oh no we could never do that. That also tells me there is no other reason to talk to you or anyone else from your office. Again, pass that debt to the next collection company. While i don't have the $$ to pay I am willing to at least entertain the idea of liquifying a portion of my 401k to settle but you must know that i am not obligated to do so. in fact, even in bankruptcy i am allowed to keep retirement accounts. So which will it be? Speak calmly, intelligently, and with a good attitude or blow your (likely) single chance at paydirt? And one last thing - garnishmnt or suing me will get you nowhere as that will be the straw that broke the camels back and off to BK i can and will go.
