I keep getting calls from this company as well and they say this is Agent Johnson I have legal documents on my desk please call to give me your side of the story and to resolve the matter before they file doucments in the county I live in. They call my cell phone and my home phone. Does anyone know if they are legit?
This is a scam it is not legit.I call the FTC Phone Number 404-921-9781 I also call the AttoneryGeneral Because they said they had my SS number. I do not have any pay day loan.
I received a call from a locan wallace and he left his number of 877.847.6666 x. 1025. he left a message stating for me to call him back or he will forward my information to his clients in the county where i live for a payday loan. Is this company legit? What can they do for an unpaid payday loan taken out 2 years ago? Can I state that I only will deal with the actual payday loan place and do they have to leave me alone? I have already asked them in the past for written proof of the unpaid loan but the never sent anything that I know of.
