Exact same thing that Terrell said happened to me. Wanted me to ship it to South Africa as well. But his username was terryphili and name was Philip Terry. It said he had just made the account the day he bought my item so I was already suspicious of him and he texted me with the exact same number, so I googled the number and it brought me here. I wrote him a nice email telling him to go f*** himself and opened up a haven't received payment case on ebay. unfortunately he doesn't care because all he does is make new accounts.
