I have been receiving the same exact message from him too. My Broker got them too and had to block him. He also says "I was beat". I get the texts all night and day. I had him blocked from my SPRINT account and I have just switched to Verizon. They have started again today... There is no telling how many people he is calling. I had a friend who is PI check, and his name on his voice mail is the same person the phone is registered to. Looks like it is time to file a police report....
tons of ims all during the night with "i'm not okay or i'm not alright" never an answer. when i answer all i hear in noise in the background. when i call back all i get is voicemail with "hi this is ....... leave a message. had to block all im's from my phone. now he is just calling the number. the phone company said i will have to file a report with the police-that is my next step.
