Who called from 4049350309

Received call from this number, 404-935-0309, no one there. What's anoying is that this is my cell number and it burns up my minutes.

Registered my number with Do not call, but still get these irritating recorded messages.

Annoying recorded call.  On Sunday!

Recorded call requesting you not to hang up.  Then it tells you how you can find out about making money.
I then hung up.
How can these people sleep at night?

Have gotten 3 calls from this number.  I am on the do not call list for cell phones.
