It is from Penister, Clossen & Associates, a debt collection company who buys junk debt and tries to collect on it. Sometimes on nonexistant debt as is my case. They will not provide any backup to their claim and just tell you that it will go to the court in your area. Which is funny because if they had backup (i.e. proof) then wouldn't they have to submit that to the "court in your area" but for some reason can not provide you with it. I provided them PROOF I never received a payday loan from the supposed company they bought the debt from and they STILL called me. Never leave a message, I just don't answer their calls any more. Unless I get something in writing from them or from the court they can enjoy my voicemail. They also have a F rating with the BBB and numerous litigation cases against them. Real classy.
