IF YOU ARE CONTACTED BY THESE PEOPLE REPORT TO THE FTC AT FTC.GOV SO THAT MAYBE THEY WILL DO SOMETHING TO STOP THEM. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy named Brett has called me for almost a month now at different times even early in the morning like around 6 to 7 a.m. both at work and on my cell phone threatening to take legal action against me. He has left several voice messages on my cell phone. Apparently, it was about a payday loan that I took out about 2 yrs ago that was charged off due to some issues with my checking account that was compromised. Its a long story. I did some research on this number and it said that 404-935-9114 is a number used by scam callers using harassing threatening tactics to scare people into giving out bank information which is illegal in the USA. The FBI has them listed as scam artists and are under investigation by them. Do NOT give them any information and if they call, just tell them they have been reported to the FBI and hang up.
this douche Brett called and harrassed my husband about some payday loan he supposedly took out may 3rd. his "client" hydra financial illegally obtained his information, deposited $200 into a long forgotten savings account and when I withdrew $100 from it this morning, immediately contacted my husband after calling his work pretending to be his dr. office to gain his cell phone #. he was threatening him with legal action etc. we called the bank to verify and they saw the deposit. it came from Mutual of Omaha. we called the cops about it. it's all a scam. everyone knows in the banking and legal world. we are closing that account and await with glee the moment that Brett calls back. can't wait to tell him where to shove it.
