Lindenberg and Lackey also has a broad named Ms. Love I called back multiple times to see that these were the only ones answering the lines. I did have an oustanding loan with an unscrupulous loan company cash.net due to the company taking more out of my account than agreed upon. Yet this is not the first time that I have received this type of call from a private collector unwilling to give any credible information regarding their company.

I thought it was a bill collector. They called a couple times. Asking all types of questions and I'm like who is this. The phone disconnected. So I didn't answer again when they called back three times.
I walked into my office today and my Co worker informed me that a Mr. Lindberg had called regarding a legal complaint, and that he needed me to call back. Because I have received unwanted calls from random numbers I decided to check to see if the number came up online. Well, this page and a couple others popped up explaining that they received the same call and that it was a scam. I didn't call back. Not sure if they will call again, but how they have my company's number and not my cell is beyond me. Doesn't make sense. Does this mean this person has access to my personal information? At least I saw this before just calling them right away. GOOD LOOKING OUT!!!
So I got a message "blah blah blah, case being sent to my county, blah blah blah - you have been notified"... who notifies someone by voice mail? any real, legitimate notification is through certified mail or an individual courier who hands deliver it to assure it gets to the correct person. I've seen my sister being served papers to appear in court (I mean that is serious stuff, they don't just mail it normally or call you... they want a person handing it to you, making sure you are who you are)... so this phony [***] voice mail is crap
