Recieved Several phone call with area code 404,luckily I read it was a scam! scary they have the last four of my SS# but,I think thats all they have,everytime I block one number they call by another number,I don't know how these people can sleep at night but,I hope they all fry in HELL!!!! I filled ch 7 and all our debt is gone!...SO take that you MF!!! I hope they get these people,bunch of frauds!!
I have been receiving phone calls from Frank Guerrero stating I have a debt and it is considered Fraud I have asked them numerous times to send me documentation but have yet to receive anything the other number that you can look up is (877)278-5598 the company is Dorsey Thorton and associates. I have informed them that I have talked to 4 other agents and they state the other one is no longer with the company when you get a new person. All I want is proof of the company and who they are and what they want any body else with more information would be greatly appreciated. thank you
Both Agent Akrin a female and agent vergo a male have been calling my house "investigating fraudulent checks made by then they give names they have a case number now they have my cell phone number but we googled their phone number to find it's a scam. They demand money be wired There are complaints all over the Internet they need to be stopped they are criminals! I saved all their messages. They are pretending to be police I believe this is a major crime. The phone number is 404-935-9195 Atlanta Georgia the calls started 2-14 and are continuing.
getting these calls, but from other companies too...all have the same procedure...claim to be "investigators" and will be filing "fraudelent check charges" for an alleged debt from years ago...and you must pay with your debit card immediately...when asked for "validation" of the debt as outlined by fair debt collection laws, none is forthcoming, and they get nasty and say you will be arrested as they are filing in court...they have violated numerous rules that protect people from unscrupulous debt collectors and internet/phone scams...report them to the attorney general in your state...each infraction carries a 1000.00 penalty. DO NOT give your banking information. any legitimate debt collector will provide validation of a debt within five days and you have 30 days after that to dispute or work out payment...these people are shady and nasty!!!
I get this phone call too, and its the same agent sounds like a black male.He kinda give me a clue why they keep calling us, I know why they keep calling us, he told me that is because we filled like a loan to our banks from ads and letters that is sent to u from mail, and what we did was filled that loan on to our bank accounts.(example: receiving letters and ads about free money like 500 to 600 checks filled to bank account in like a day or so) Well as i talked to him, he says that I have 850 that i need to pay asap or else he's taking me to court. So I decide to go on long with his stories, then all he said last was ok this is the payment you need to pay today(250) then my record to should clean, and he says he'll email me the info for the payments throu email, he even asks for my email(i just give him a fake one XP) then i asked him when can i pay he says after I sent u paper works thro email then your good to go, so he told me to wait( for like 20mins) and says ok well how u paying your bill today. ( i said today!?!) he says yes I talked to some other agents they say the info can't be mailed to email it has to be pay now as soon as he was done threatening me and wants my bank accounts. ANYWAYS ITS A COMPANY OF FAKES THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! COME ON! THAT PIECE OF PAPER OF 500 to 600 with a fake check that has ur name on it, they just want your money!!!!so hey guys dont freak out.they cant seem to get in to bank accounts so what they did is call u everyday asking about how to pay that money off. PSSH! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! THEY AINT NO INVEST. AGENTS! hopefully you guysknow what I'm talking about.LOL
