David Allen DTA Investigations - "Claims to be" a bank fraud investigator and has two felony counts to be filed against me in my county court. Says this call is being recorded and anything you say will be held against you, claim #. They stole my information when I applied online for a loan. SCAM - DO NOT SEND MONEY!!! Breaking the law calling me at work and saying all this on a third party voice mail.
They claim to be investigators and when they call they tell you they are going to put you in jail and have felony charges brought against you! They are breaking the law with what they are telling people! They need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!! Such rude assasain people!
Got calls from this number today and every day for weeks. They are also calling relatives with same last name making same claims as above. They say they are investigators, etc. Help stop this scam.
