This is a scammer, and a pretty aggressive one. Harassed one of my coworkers trying to get through to me and claimed to be Mark Newman with a "badge number" of 1771.
This is not "olympic law center" as the above post states. The area code is Georgia, not California, although the number itself is probably web-based and fake.
Do not take these calls seriously, do not answer them if at all possible.
The number belongs to a business named Olympic Law Center. They are located in California and I am assuming they are a collection agency whether legit or not. I don't get calls from law firms or legal practices unless it is some scammer trying to collect on an imaginary debt. I recommend that you block this number if you have that feature on your phone.

ID themselves as Arbitrary Service Division. (Would that be the opposite of a Systematic Service Divisions, I wonder?) The name alone tells you you're not dealing with the brightest bulbs in the room. A lot of call center noises in the background. Sounds like a total debt scamming operation. Ignore the calls and block them.
