Who called from 4049418189

Have received multiple calls from this number over the last few days. They ring only 2 or 3 times and never leave a message. Whether it is a "legal" caller like a predatory charity or political polster, or a regular crook, I don't answer calls from anyone who won't identify themselves. And, since I'm the one paying for phone service, I reserve the right to ignore even callers who do identify themselves.

Exactly as the post above says. Some troll trolling for something.

These jokers called twice within 30 minutes.  Blocked them with Ooma Premier.  They can eat my dust.

just out of curiosity I called.  A message saying it is a company conducting political and consumer surveys.  Does not sound too nefarious.
