Suspect this is a phishing/dunning/scam call. We ignore the calls that obscure their intent with IDs like Illinois, or Georgia, Atlanta, or Chicago...... If we don't know you and you don't leave call back information on our answering machine, we won't talk to you. But if you do leave a message that says, "This call is for __[no one in our household]__. If you are not ____, please hang up......." Well, duh! Quit calling.
This is a typical scam wanting to sell you some drug from a foriegn country. The best part with these people is to play with their heads. One of my favorite tricks is to answer, wait a few seconds for the line to connect, let them start talking then blow an air horn into the speaker. They will NEVER call you back.
