I answered and no one said anything or any sounds at all... i'm blocking this number for future.

Left message!  Exuberant offer of a FREE Bahamas Cruise, just answer this survey.  Must respond yes, or NO (to be taken off our survey list).  Scammer now blocked.  They used the phrase " National statistical survey studies"
