Received a call. The caller stated he had a legal documents that he needed delivered to me by 5pm or I would be arrested. I ask what it was regarding; he stated that he couldn't tell me but I would see the charges/statement once I received the documents and/or gave him my debit/credit card information so that he may have the documents sent to me via fedex.

They called me today trying to say i had a warrant in Alanta GA,and if i did pay the lawyer the fine i would be picked up.When i made the comment that i have never been there or since i have never left the state of texas my whole life.He hung up on me,so i don't think i will be hearing from them ever again.Damn scammers.
Received a call today stating I had defrauded Wells Fargo for 5000 if I did not pay today I was to be arrested he says the da said I could pay 1600 to get off could I pay that said no paused again came back and said I should Pay $924 and he would call Sheriff to say I made a deal I said I could not pay anything he said good luck see you in jail tonight....why can't law enforcement do something they know who they are and that they are calling from Atlanta Ga
Got a call today 6/16/2014..Director Perral of fraud investigation stated that I was going to be arrested a warrant for my arrest was in place this person read a social number to me but could not tell me what I was being charged with...He got VERY RUDE and nasty told me to get educated and hung up I called back and he kept asking me what was my social...He could not tell me what police dept are even law firm he worked for...I have changed my number several times this has been going on for months now how they are getting my new number is scary to me. I have reported this person or entity to Real Authorities as well as filed a ftc complaint.I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT!!!,!
