Turn out even better - it was a call made via Skype IM. You can call this person back if you get their Skype ID. If you're not in their IM phone book, they may easily misdial your # or even a country code. Hope this makes sense.
Called at about 1030pm on a Saturday night. I didn't answer. A few minutes later, another call from 025-063-1476. I didn't answer. That same number called again a minute later. I answered. No one spoke on the other end.
this number is involved with a group of individuals that have been running scams. They have recently been posing as Agents from a Federal Agency. They ask for money to be sent to them. On some occasions they have made threats and used very harsh language.
