One of many call and hang up cowards doing his/her dirty work on the Sabbath.

some vague CPI on behalf of National Troopers Association.  Probably using recent tragedy to try to scam funds.

Called on home phone -- didn't leave a message -- called back and phone disconnects -- obviously a SCAM / THIEVES who don't use a legitimate number --- Now B L O C K E D ---  Call is from Atlanta Area Code 404

No message left.  Obviously another in a long list of bottom feeding telemarketers. Best bet is to not pick up, then if they keep calling from same no., block that number.
