I got a call saying this was a "agent Coles" (a woman) and the call was being recorded for court and I left a voice mail saying that if they EVER call me again, I was going to go down and shut them up for good. They asked for a Phillip Low or something like that. I gave them my number and name and if they call again, I'm going to go to the police and make a report. I can't leave state because I'm out on a $10,000 bail bond. But the number is from an Atlanta, Ga. The "agent Coles" (a woman) also said she was from the fraud division. I don’t buy it. Call from a legal DTA for fraudulence acts and asked for Phillip Low or his attorney to give her a call back.
I received a phone call from this place this morning. They said I owed money to a payday loan company I've never even heard of. They said I committed check fraud. I told them to send whatever information they want to my attorney. It will be interesting to see what they do.
