josh and rosa parks knows it
this woman calls me constantly like its a game for her after i swear at her. shes collecting on payday loans. now let me educate you on these things since ive collected on them myself for over 2 years. which she can obviously see with the skip tracing she is supposed to have, if not even better. she calls me from 877-489-9319 then 404-975-4868 then private talking [***]. funny thing is all those calls are recorded with the ip phone company she uses. dont even need a subpoena to get them to surrender them.

next thing. payday loans are loans that you dont ever EVER have to pay back. they just go to collections and they will threaten you with anything they can liens or court but its all lies trust me ive been on that end and just as guilty for doing it hence why i dont collect anymore.

you can send them a cease order or call your attorney general they say theyre in texas but this 404 number is supposed to be Georgia.

Like i said PDL (payday loans) dont ever have to be paid back. not even a cent or what you borrowed. they have no recourse of action.

Terra Parks im going to post this everywhere so everyone knows they dont have to pay. see how bothering one person who has knowledge of these things will hurt your bottom line and your bonus check.

Annoyed
This woman keeps harassing me on my cell phone and calls me 3-4 days at work. I've about had it. She keeps telling me I need to have my attorney contact her with my statement. How do I get this woman to stop!

What you can do is let them know you know the law.

-Debt is civil. Not criminal. You won't need an attorney until AFTER you are served with papers.
- Companies cannot issue arrest warrants. Only those in the judicial system can issue warrants. They need to be petitioned by attorneys, and signed by a judge.
-You cannot be arrested for ordinary debt in the United States and Canada. There are no debtors prisons here.
-If there were ACTUALLY an arrest warrant with your name on it, your local courthouse would have it. Look up the number independently, and call them. I'm willing to bet there is no arrest warrant for you
-IF THERE WERE, however, no one will EVER call you to tell you they are coming to arrest you, or serve you papers. Process servers only get paid if they deliver your paperwork, and if you hide, they won't get paid, so, they won't tell you they're coming.
-Threats of arrest and putting holds on SSN's, demanding attorney contact information and other things like that are common scare tactics used by "debt collectors" who are trying to collect on a  debt they cannot legally collect on. If they COULD legally collect on the debt, they wouldn't have to resort to scare tactics.
-REAL debt collectors will send you (because they are required to, by law) a 'DEBT VALIDATION'. This is sent through the mail (USPS) with a stamp on it (e-mail, fax, texts, carrier pigeon, smoke signals...none of those count) and tell you when you incurred the debt, to whom you owe the original debt, and how to proceed if you don't think you owe the amount, or if your records reflect a different amount. Remember, this is REQUIRED BY LAW to be sent to you within 5 days from initial contact (on the company behalf)

This link takes you to the FTC's website and gives you all the rules debt collectors must follow. It also (at the bottom) provides links to where you can report any debt collector who isn't following the law.
