they called my work requesting to speak with one of our managers. i look this up and reported it to our HR dept and Asset protection. her name was robin tate. stated she was from law office of legal mediation.
Same woman named Robin Tate called my Grandma stating I had a warrant and was going to get arrested if I didn't comply with what they needed. Phone number now is 512-961-7651. I am so sick of these people upsetting other loved ones, which could be old enough to cause them great stress. Something needs to be done.
I just got the same upsetting phone call on 7/15/14 from Miss Crews couldnt get her first name. She said I had an outstanding loan with CashnetUSA. I never took a loan with them ,she said it was 4yrs ago and now equaled $1,212so it is a federal offense and if I didnt pay 50% she would have a warrent sent out to pick me up in 3 days and I would go to jail for 2weeks and be reported to my creditors and she would notify the IRS.I went to my bank and we went through 4yrs of statements their were no deposits made and the bank mgr even called this person for me and demanded a letter and stop harassing me..The collection mediator also said the money was put on a reloadable card that I bought that is how cashnetusa gave me the undisclosed to me! Originalloan amount. Her name is Miss Crews Ph #646-759-7546, These people are worse then the devil how do they live with themselves .I cant make a complant because in my freaked out at 8am withthis I forgot to get the address.I'll get it if there is a next time.
I got a call saying that there was going to be an arrest warrent if I didn't a loan from Cash Net. I could pay 25% to hold off them filing the warrent for 14 days. Which the balance had to be paid then. They gave me a date of where I supposedly wrote a check at cash net. Which is impossible because I nevet was in the area.they wouldnt give me any information on where cash net was located or phone number., but said he can't stop me from researching on my own. The company is legal mediation law group, Thomas Dunn, (404) 474-1178. Which this number comes up unlisted.
