Yes this is a scam and I have reported it to the FBI and I have a case number.

Good for you. I keep calling him and messing with his head. We called the fbi as well but they said they can't do much. if you hear anything back from them lete know. in the mean time i keep calling and telling him to stock up on vaseline. If you get this keep calling him . I refer to him as Machmood

I called the FBI as well. If you find out something please reply back to me. Just keep calling him and sugesting he will need some KY jelly soon.
