Folks, don't just complain here about these calls. File a complaint with the ftc at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2. They won't do anything until they get LOTS of complaints.
Getting calls daily from Oto Inc. (shows on caller ID) from 404-982-0705. Have no idea who they are, but must be scammers, as I am on the do-not-call registry.
