Telemarketer offer to lower credit card rates. Starts with a recorded message. I just got a call from them and acted like a stupid old man and kept him on the line for about 10 minutes at least. Told him my son told me to NEVER give out my credit card number unless I was buying something...! Anyway, he gave me 877-212-3646 so I would feel more comfortable about giving out my information. But the caller ID number was 402-982-0771 so I will post a message under that number as well.
When you get calls like this please call and report them to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. It only takes a few minutes and WILL make a difference only if many people use it.
