when I picked up there was a guy on the phone and he sounded like he was talking through a voice simulator. I couldn't understand what he was saying at first so I told him I didn't know what he was saying, then he started talking about how he was looking at me through a technical scope of somesort. Then after he said he was watching me I could hear a different guy in the background sounding really scared and saying something about how he needed to get out and didn't know what was going on. This call really freaked me out and I just wanted to report it to see if anyone else got a call like this or from this number.
