I have received two calls from this number on my work phone, I didn't answer as I don't recognize the number. It shows up as a wireless caller on my caller id. The voice mails says my name is Samantha Jones with MIM Mediation Services and that she has a file with my name and social on it and if don't return her call that they will serve papers to my place of employment. The first call was Friday morning and gave me till 3:00 eastern time to call or they will serve me papers in Tipton county or place of employment. I have never lived in Tipton County. Can anybody help me out. 404 is in Georgia.
I got a call from Sam Stone from this same number. Yes it is a scam. IF anyone wants to serve papers on you in your home town, trust and believe the right authorities have that information and do not have a need to call you to ask you where you live.
I received another call from the same number again from Samantha Stone now she's with Thomas & Associates calling from 404-991-3643. I reported her to the FBI website I guess they have not gotten to my complaint yet. She needs to stop harassing hard working people she will need to call my attorney the next time she calls my job which she is not suppose to do. She needs to read this website (scam).
She's calling again this Samantha Stone from 404-991-3643 telling me that she knows I've gotten her messages and if I don't want to talk with have my attorney call her back well I will do that because I do have an attorney. I reported her to the FBI back in July I've heard nothing if they had reached out to her. I will call the FBI again. If she wanted to serve me papers she wouldn't call your job and legally she is not call your at all.
