I took a loan (payday) from cashnet.usa and now this collector is making all types of threats because I defaulted on the loan saying they are going to turn it over the the local authorities and file fraud etc. She is calling from 404-991-6870 her name is Linda hammon.when I asked her for cashnets info she couldn't even provide that info. She claims shes the fraud department when she answers the phone. Then claims she works for MLA COURT a litigation company.
I also recieved a call from Linda Hammon on October 12/2011. She said that I have a payday loan from 2008 that when in to an account at a place where i did not have an account at that time. I informed her that I know my rights and that proof of this needs to be sent to me. She said that she would email all the information to me. I have yet to see anything regarding thier claim. They said that the information would be sent to the authorities in mine town and that I will be arrested. Mind you she is still telling me this after I told her that I called the palce where she said that I had the account and they told me that I never had one with them. Ms Hammon said that I have to get a letter from them stating that I did not have an account with them in 2008. I told her that I am not getting anything for her and that if she want to verify it then she should call them her self
