I recieved a call from this number and the person (Bradley Cummings) was looking for someone that MAY be related to me. They had her DOB and SSN. We just had the number he called us on opened up and we don't live in the same state as the rest of our family so I found it very suspisious.
SHE STATES THAT HER NAME IS INVESTIGATOR UPCHURCH AND TELLS ME I OWE A COMPANY MONEY AND IF I DON'T PAY SHE WILL HAVE PAPERWORK EXECUTED IN THE COURTS....
I BELIEVE ITS A SCAM TO GET MONEY
This is attorney Joey Richards pay your bills and stop putting all your info on line dummmmmy...thats why the country is messed up because people like .........QUITA.(ghetto) hood rat..... borrow money from different banks and dont pay back.....And she is probably now running know from the authorities......
