I had the same people call me today and they told me the same thing . i had a 300.00 pay day loan from 2012 that i never paid off ! ive never had a pay day loan and they told me i owe 798.00 now with charges  n fees but would settle today only for 250.00 with a debit or credit card . Weird thing is they knew everything about me , i didnt pay but it was so weird .

They call you again, tell them that you'll file charges of extortion with the local police.  Which is all this really is, if there's no legal debt.

what the hell is this some type of scam...some man named robert marshall said i needed to call back and speak to him about an investigation.

got the same message only the call came from phone number 770-954-8767
