Called at 7:57pm. Diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and a man picked up and said "Hello," which leads me to suspect it is, what, the 20th different number used to solicit funds for the Fraternal Order of Police — but not really, otherwise the called ID would not say "Unavailable." Of course I hung up on him.
Remember that if you support the Fraternal Order of Police you are not so much supporting individual officers in need, but you are promoting the racist and anti-social political agenda of this organization. Their goal is not to support individual officers but to play on your sympathies to get money from you to promote their political agenda, which includes openly discriminating against black members of their own organization.
Research the FOP before you give any money to them. And always support your local law enforcement and fire departments.
