They couldn't provide me with any documentation regarding the original contract, so that's when I knew they were fraud. They are not licensed to collect in ANY state in this country so don't be fooled people.***************************TELL THEM YOU WANT VALIDATION OF THE DEBT**********THAT'S WHEN YOU'LL FIND OUT HOW FRAUDULENT THEY ARE!*****************They will start threatening to suspend your license, send the case over to your county clerk, and the newest tactic is to have someone from the same office (using a magic phone number that's different in area code) call you to say they're in your job's parking lot and would like to serve you documents and if you want to stop the process you will have to call the fake debt collectors and pay the debt. Their fax cover sheet looks like something my ten year old typed up in word. They took a picture of a gavel (which is illegal to use unless you are truly a law firm) and enlarged it as a watermark. It's sooo pixelated that it looks dumb! DON'T PAY THEM A DIME, CONTACT THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR YOURSELF AND PAY DIRECTLY TO THEM. IF YOU OWE, THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WILL TELL YOU THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE "REAL COLLECTION AGENCY" THAT HAS PURCHASED THE RIGHTS TO COLLECT YOUR DEBT. If you really owe because they'll also try to say that someone you know used your name as a cosigner and since they didn't pay they're going to pursue you in court. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, B.S. Please don't fall for it and alert the BBB and your attorney general's office immediately. They are in violation of the FDCPA.

this phone number never identifies itself. Just says there is a case against me. I checked my local legal office. Their is no case against me. Please get this number to stop calling me.
