Received several messages with caller ID number 404-996-0732 from National Mediation Group stating they were serving me with a complaint that I was in violation of federal banking laws. One collector identified himself as "Agent Owens." I have never received any written notice in the mail from this company. These threats and intimidation don't work on me.

"IF they do not provide you with the verification of the debt, the debt is invalid and not subject to collection. PAY NOTHING TO ANYBODY UNLESS THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT, AND ONLY THEN IF YOU FEEL THE DEBT IS VALID - otherwise, let them sue you for the debt, as a real law firm will only bring a legal action on a truly valid debt".

Just got a call from this number on my cell; caller claiming to be a "Mr. Forshee" with the National Mediation Group. Said it was very important for my to call by 3 p.m. EST (which is right now). This is all he said. Blocking the number.
Just got a call on my work # from a Brandon several different times.RE A ref#35988 Not sure what it is about. Everytime he calls, I never seem to be at my desk, just waiting to get him myself.
