Yes I got a call from these people. They dont get hat Bankruptcy means i told them to go ahead and try to sue me. Bankruptcy laws prevent them from doing anything. Told them once before to call my attorney and they dont get it then they said well we will serve you I have yet to see these scammers
i have been receiving calls from another 404 area code number almost every day saying i owe some money that i know i do not owe.now another number with the same area code has called not only my home phone but my cell and my sons cell.

Got a call this AM from this outfit and suspected it might be a collection agency. The dim bulb that rousted me out of bed asked for someone with my first name, but the last name was someone I'd never heard of. If these dimwits are calling everybody in the country with my first name, I think they have a real rough road ahead.
Message from "David Allen" at "National Mediations" about several "allegations" against me, including "check depository fraud charges". Really? Maybe an defaulted payday loan, but hardly check dpository fraud. Said they are conducting a "preliminary deposition" at this time. Is any of this terminology legal to use as a collection attempt? Never heard of this company and not sure if I want to as they already seem to be using deceptive practices to reach me.
