I keep getting unknown phone calls from this number my phone picked up on the number as 49-405-001-8319.  It is not funny my number is unlisted through time-warner I hope.

This creates a very big hassle and problem to resolve not for me but for the person that gets caught by the proper officials afterwards when I report the infractions and file a incident report.

It is plain out Business and Government Harassment when this happens since I advocate for citizens in dealings with the government.
