phone number with tone in background calls repeatedly

Called my phone 3 times this morning starting at 5 am central time, at about ten minute intervals. Just a beeping tone.

this phone number reflects an Oklahoma area code.  I am located in New York.  This number called my home repeatedly every ten minutes with what sounded like a fax machine tone.  The calls only ceased when I left the phone off the hook.
