I just got a call from this number, at first I thought it was a real person because it asked for me by name. Then the recording said "i am from the national fraternal order of police please hear me out before you hang up" he went on to say how the police risk their lives daily if he send me a pledge card could I please send even a small amount...I said "I told yall to send a pledge card over a year ago and never heard from you" Then he says "sorry for the bother thank you for listening to my call" I said "hello are you actually there ..are you listening" and he repeated "sorry for the bother thank you for listening to my call" and hung up
