Wow!!!!! Yeah, we switched office supply companies this summer, I let them give me some quotes along with 4 other companies and we decided to go with a different company than OfficeMax, they still call a couple times a month and they're just like "we see you haven't been active in your account lately, we have a paper deal going on _________ would you like me to place this order" it's like, I already told you I'm going with someone else, and why would I want to buy your paper (it's decent) when I can get my premium paper for even cheaper?? I keep telling them that we're happy with who we're with at the moment so I'm not interested... and they keep calling trying to make me feel guilty for not ordering through them. I said no thanks already!! jeesh!
Called my office but when I answered, no one said anything. I could hear some faint commotion in the background, but couldn't tell what they were saying.
They called again. Everybody has a better price on what I purchase for the office. However my buying habits are based on relationships developed over the years and I will never buy anything from a customer service center who really don't care about your real needs. I wish they would simply go away. They are wasting my time.
