They just called me.  They left no message.  Who are they?

They called. I called them back.

How is it possible we get calls from FAKE numbers ????

WTH?

The first call I got from this number said "out of area."  The second one said "Midland MTG."  I assume it is from a call center and they change the the name according to which client they are making calls for.  You can't call back on those numbers because they are outgoing lines only; they don't receive incoming calls.

Got a call from 4052234023. The person on the other end appeared to be ranting something in a foreign language, then abruptly hung up the phone.
