Who called from 4052250861

This numbers calls and you can tell there is someone there but no on answers and after you say hello a few times they hang up

I just received the same call after saying Hello twice they hung up

I get the same call. They won't leave a message if I don't answer and they won't talk when I do.

Calls. Leaves no message.

Called this number about 5 minutes after missing the call to me and a recording says the number is not in service????
