Don't expect that to have any effect. You've got a slim chance in that working at all, and if anything, you could very well end up getting even more calls. If they've got an option where you press a number to be added to their "no call list", it won't work. All that does is confirms your number works. Your best bet is possibly a call blocker, or just being patient and completely ignoring all unknown numbers.
