The number is being used as a local re-routing phone for a Collection Agency in Atlanta, Georgia (can't remember the name, since they stopped leaving voicemails and I don't answer). They use local routing so that when someone calls back, they're not having to call long distance, or worry about 800 numbers.
Claims to be locating resumes off of monster. The # is out of Arcaidia,Ok. I don't really know if its legit. I just told the non English speaking guy I wasn't interested.
