I don't answer calls when I don't recognize the number. I'm in Tulsa, call was from Arcadia. We let the answering machine get it and a man said "hello" twice, then said "no message, I'll call back". I tried to grab the phone and say don't bother, but didn't get there in time.

405-233-3944 has called me several times. They will not leave a message on machine. The last time, I was home and answered. They claim to be collecting for the police dept. I told them to mail me the info and I would check with the local police before agreeing to anything. He hung up. I then called the police dept. and told them what he said. Officer's response was, "We are not collecting for anything, and do not collect by phone! SCAM!!
