Robo call to my cell w/ no message. I called back, just to see what would happen so I can pass on better info., and I immediately got a recording which stated 'Hello and thanks for calling. If you'd like to be removed from this calling list press 1 now.' I did nothing, because by pressing 1 I will confirm my # is a good one w/ an actual human on the other end & I'll start getting more crap calls.
All I can guess is this is a harvesting call trying to actually get a human on the phone or simply verifying it's a good number for the computer.
BTW, why is there no option to choose below for the most reported type of call, such as 'scam, spam
Robo caller, etc? I use 'Prank' but that's not really correct.
