Both male ("Reggie" most frequently) and female callers with accents, alleging to be from Hewlett-Packard or another IT company, have asked for employees at other locations or someone here in IT.  They claim to have left voicemails, that their intended target phoned them, or they want to send a white paper.  (HP is the most persistent telemarketer that I've encountered generally, but that's another story.)  It's gotten to the point that when I see this number appear on Caller ID, I simply pick up the receiver and drop it.  They take the hint pretty quick.
