Called # and it goes to an operator and she connects you to customer service who will take your # off the call list. She was very surprised I was getting called in N.Y.
I'm also in Pittsburgh. This phone number calls my cell 3-4 times a day in 1-2 week periods. Then it stops for a month or two. I've tried telling them to stop calling but it doesn't work so I just never answer.
They never leave a message and when I answered, it said to accept press 1 to leave a messge press 2. When I didn't answer or press anything, it hung up.
