Lady with very thick accent telling me she wanted me to participate in an environmental survey. I was suspicious of the repeated emphasis that this call was not to sell me anything, so I hung up.

This company called, and the operator was not understandable, so I hung up. The operator called back three times. I finally agreed to take the survey, but after I became uncomfortable with the questions and requested that we end the call, the operator called back 2 more times. He refused to comply with my requests to end the call.
