Was annoying and giggly. Really bad at prank phone calls. Told me they would
draw an manga on me with my head cut off. Um? That I'd creepy. This person needs help. They didn't even use the *67. This person isn't very bright.

Person said that I would be decapitated in a picture.
Sounded like a teen girl with problems.

Kid lives with her parents. She was telling me I was in a drawing with my hea cut off when her mother yelled "Kelsey, what are you doing!?" and the girl
hung up.

Just saw this. That area code is from the Oklahoma City area.
Haven't received a call, just recognized that.
