Who called from 4053293229

Called on my cell, which number is only known to family and close friends, so obviously it is an auto-dailer that just calls all possible numbers and hopes they get one that someone will pick up.  I don't answer calls from area codes where I don't know anyone, so didn't pick up.  They left no message.  Scum sucking bottom feeders!

Received phone call and when answered, call was disconnected. Tried to return call and got out of service message.

Called no MSG

When I answered I got a recording that it was my last chance to lower by credit card interest rate to 1 to 3%.  Press 1 to talk to a live operator

I have had several calls from this number. I have listed my number on the no call list but I keep getting these random calls. I want it to stop!
