Got the same call, case filed againdt me blah blah blah but they used my maiden name instead of married name. I havent used my maiden name in over 10 years. Total scam!!
A bit of advice, I intentionally allowed my voice mail box to fill up thereby preventing these scam artist from leaving any messages. Anyone that knows you will come up on your phone with a name and they can always text you instead of leaving a voice mail.
