It's total BS, if the IRS wanted to talk to you, or had a case against you, they wouldn't CALL, they'd send you a registered letter.

Received a call from this number stating that the IRS has filed a lawsuit and for us to call them for more info on the file number. My husband is a cop and knew it was fake! And weird! It was a message received that sounded very robotic.
